Overstocks :

When a store purchases more than it can sell, and when this are unsold are become overstocks. In order to make room for next seasons , this products which are usually last seasons are sold at special prices. It is also merchandise a manufacturer (design house) produce more than it can sell. This products are sold ar special prices to move the inventory.

Shelf Pull :

Shelf are products that are pulled off the shelves and sold as closeouts or liquidations to reduce their stocks.

Closeouts:

Parallel Imports:

Parallel imports are imports of authentic products from other country. The official brand manufacturer’s home country or otherwise- that is outside the brand manufacturers authorized distribution channels. All products are genuine and not pirated. Thus, parallel imports are lower prices and we also source for the best wholesale prices.

Availability of Items

All items on the site are available , unless they are marked as Sold out , Most of items are 1 or 2 pcs in each style , we carry more variety than Quantilty. So, purchases are on first –come-first served.

Personal Information

We need your name , email address and mailing address or delivery address. You would also require to provide contact nos, credit card number and expiration date. All information is keep confidential.

Your contact details will also be used to send you information on our latest arrivals and offers from time to time.

Payment

You can pay using various payment options. Your options can be found in the CHECKOUT Page.

You may also deposit cash into our account. To do so please contact our service staff and they would provide you with the information . Once we have received the payment , we will then arrainge to ship or deliver your product.

Currency

The main currency on our Site is B$. However you may change the displayed prices to the currency of your choice with the currency converter found on the top right of our Site. If you need further assistance, with currency exchange, please contact our service staff.

Taxes

We are responsible for all taxes and duties before custom clerarance. However, duites and taxes imposed in your country upon arrival will be bear By you.

Shipping & Delivery

All local delivery will not be charged any delivery cost.

For all overseas shipping, there will be a shipping cost. For purchases above B$500 , there will be a flat fee of B$80.00 and for less than B$500, there will be a fee of $50.00 .

 Delivery

Our carrier partners, UPS/fedex/DHL will deliver all purchases and it requires a signature upon receipt.

Please ensure that you provide us a suitable shipping address, as we are unable to redirect purchases once your items have been dispatched.

Insurance

We insure all our items against theft and accidental damage at the time of transit from us to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

Oh no, I've made a mistake with my shipping address. Can I change it once I've placed my order?

You may change your shipping address provided you have not completed payment.

However, once payment is completed, we are unable to redirect your orders. Therefore, please make sure you provide the correct shipping address at the time of order.

Process Time

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We ship out orders every working day. However orders made after 12pm on Saturdays will be processed and dispatched the next working day (i.e Monday). Orders made on Sundays and public holidays will be processed and dispatched the following working day. Please allow 2-3 working days for local orders, 3-7 working days for international orders. Note that our carrier partner, UPS/GDEX/EMS, does not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
